Wrong item shipped and poor customer response there after

Order was delivered on 15th Aug but wrong product (half sleeve, different color) was delivered. Your representative Praveen Rajasekaran promptly replied to my concern on 16th and promised on 19th Aug to ship the right product within 48hrs but I haven't heard anything since then despite repeated reminders. Utterly disappointment with the way this is being unprofessionally handled. This is my 6th Tee from Evrydy but I don't think I will buy anymore or recommend it to anyone.
