Badminton League FAQ

How many players do we need? +

Each team can have 2 or 3 players including the sub (there are no minimum requirements for men or women – this is an ‘Open’ league:

  • If a team has less than 2 players, it defaults the match.
What equipment do I need? +

EVRYDY Rec will supply the nets and balls. Players are responsible to bring their own rackets. For indoor leagues, please wear non-marking court shoes.

Can we use subs? +

Of course! The only requirement is that the team captains add any subs that might be used during the season to the team roster. Note that to be eligible for playoffs, a player should have played at least 2 regular season games for the team.

Do you offer men’s or women’s leagues in addition to coed leagues? +

This league is ‘Open’ and there is no minimum number of men or women required on any team. All teams will play in the same league.
